The Interim Association is the interim management association serving the United States, helping corporate clients and interim managers through education, certification, and networking. Our members are corporations that can benefit from interim management, and the senior executives who serve as interim managers. Members may be headquartered globally or within the U.S., and provide or require the services of interim management throughout country.

An accepted practice in Europe, interim management only started serious growth in the United States in early 2000. Our Association is the first - and only - association dedicated solely to the interim management industry in America. Interim management is no longer a trend, but an accepted business strategy, utilized globally to drive change.

Interim managers are well qualified, experienced senior level executives who have chosen a career of short term engagements with different companies. Many are former CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CMOs, or plant management executives. These managers serve as a strategic resource to accomplish specific business goals, and almost always work on site during their tenure.
